This notice explains how AITEREX handles information submitted through this website, including enquiries, consultation requests, AI conversations and basic website analytics.
Effective: 21 October 2026We record first-party events such as page visits, AI demo use, bookings and WhatsApp clicks to understand website performance. Analytics use anonymous browser and temporary session identifiers, keep only masked network ranges and keyed network identifiers instead of full IP addresses, do not use third-party advertising trackers, and are disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track.
We use IP-derived country/region and approximate city, device and browser categories, browser language preferences, page language, referring website domains, campaign labels and page interactions to understand audience interest. Our analytics database does not store full IP addresses, full referring URLs or precise coordinates. IP-based location may reflect a VPN or network exit point. We also measure public-page paths, visible sections, foreground time, scroll milestones and saved enquiry events. A first-party anonymous browser identifier expires after 90 days, and sessions restart after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server derives a monthly keyed network identifier and stores only a masked IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 network plus available ASN organisation and tentative network categories. Shared IPs are not individual identities. We do not record form inputs, keystrokes or screen recordings in analytics. Analytics respects the browser Do Not Track setting; a browser opt-out is available below.
We may collect contact details, company and role information, consultation preferences, messages you submit, AI conversation content, and basic technical or security logs.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, operate and improve website services, maintain security, understand business needs and meet applicable legal obligations.
Messages sent to an AI experience may be processed by technology providers to generate a response and may be retained by AITEREX for service review, lead follow-up, safety and improvement. Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal shipment records or confidential customer data.
We use service providers for hosting, databases, email and AI processing. Information may be processed outside Singapore. We select and configure providers with appropriate safeguards for the service.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations and security, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.
